About Nina Dapper

Nina is an international high-fashion model, lifestyle coach, health scientist and certified pilates instructor with over 30 million YouTube views. After coaching hundreds of women and becoming a mom herself, she created The Core Code. A pilates and fitness app with structured workouts and programs to help women stay consistent, strong and confident in every phase of life.

- Do I need equipment or a gym?

All workouts can be done at home with little to no equipment. For certain plans, optional equipment is recommended for added intensity. Equipment used in some of the workouts are: a small pilates ball, resistance band, light weights (3lb) and ankle weighs (1lb). I highly recommend a big stability ball for the pregnancy & post partum workouts.

Workouts range from 5 to 30 minutes and are thoughtfully combined in the programs, creating sessions of up to 40 minutes. You can always add on workouts from the app yourself, and create longer sessions.

Absolutely. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or already experienced, you can choose workouts that match your level.

Yes. You can progress through higher levels, increase intensity and continuously challenge your body as you grow stronger.

The app includes a variety of easy-to-make breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner recipes.
